Our family farm “Dai Dellerba”, is located on the hill of Pinerolo, in the Santa Brigida area, along the slope overlooking Monviso. The farmhouse extends over an area of 17 hectares. We are the family Dellerba, in 2016 we wanted to revalue our family farm with an ambitious project. After a lot of work and difficulties we succeeded in our intent. We started producing blueberries, peaches, grapex and apples, from which we obtain delicious high-quality derivatives respecting the principles of short supply chain. There are also 120 animals in the farm, including selected Piedmontese breed cows, goats, sheep, pigs and chickens. All animals are raised in accordance with Piedmontese tradition with a great focus on animal welfare.

Thanks to our 5.4 hectares of vineyards mainly of Freisa and Favorita and thought the winemaking, in the farm we produce Brigit Nèir e Brigit Bianc, Brigit Rosè, Bifa, Bifa d’Bosch and Remu.

We cultivate according to the organic methods certified by the CCPB organization, respecting the environment, and we use our own manure as a natural fertilizer.

Our restaurant offers traditional Piedmontese cuisine, prepared exclusively with our own ingredients. Peace, nature and relaxation are the order of the day at the farmhouse.

Thanks to the efficient public transport network, we are well connected to the centre of Pinerolo and the main nearby tourist attractions.
